- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon
- 1 cloves Garlic, grated
Charred Broccolini
- 1 bunch broccolini
- Extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper

Whipped Ricotta
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, blender, or immersion blender.
2. Blend to combine and until you get a fluffy texture.
Charred Broccolini
1. Heat a pan with olive oil over high heat.
2. Once the oil begins to smoke, add the broccolini.
3. Let char on one side, flip, and char on the other.
4. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Build the plate
1. Add a layer of the whipped ricotta.
2. Place the charred broccolini on top.
3. Finish it off with a line of Calabrian chiles and optionally some fresh ground black pepper.
