Ingredients

Broccoli
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1.5 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Neutral oil
Calabrian Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp calabrian chili
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.25 Lemon, juiced
- pinch salt and black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Side
- 0.5 c unsweetened plant-based yogurt
- 2 tbsp fried shallots

Directions

Preparing the Broccoli
1. Boil broccoli in a pot of water for about 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and transfer broccoli to an air fryer or baking tray.
2. Coat the broccoli with oil, agave nectar, and soy sauce. Air fry at 400F for 5 minutes or bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes until brown around the edges.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a small pan, heat up the olive oil, garlic, Calabrian chili, lemon, salt, and black pepper for 1-2 minutes.
Assembling the Dish
1. Add plant-based yogurt to a plate. Then add the broccoli, Calabrian chili sauce, and fried shallots.
