Ingredients

Chicken Preparation
- 3 Chicken breast, chopped
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tsp Kinders seasoning
- 0.5 tsp ground mustard
- 0.5 c red peppers
- 1 c Onions, diced
- jalapenos
- 0.75 stick Butter
Cheese Mixture
- 6 oz Cream cheese
- 0.75 c Hot sauce
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Wrapping and Frying
- 8 Wonton wrappers
- 2 c Canola oil, for frying

Directions

Seasoning and Cooking the Chicken
1. Season chicken with Kinders seasoning, and ground mustard.
2. In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
3. Add chicken and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until done (165F°), drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In the same pan on medium heat, add butter until heated (approximately 2 minutes).
2. Add peppers, onions, and jalapeños. Cook until softened.
3. Add cream cheese and hot sauce and stir until well mixed.
4. Pour sauce over chicken and mix well.
Filling and Folding the Wontons
1. Fill wonton wrapper in the middle with chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
2. Fold in sides and roll diagonally, securing the final edge with water.
3. Add another layer of wonton wrap to secure.
Cooking the Wontons
1. Heat canola oil in a skillet at 355°F.
2. Place wontons into hot oil and cook seam side down, rotating on all sides until lightly golden brown.
3. Remove wontons and place on a wire rack.
Serving the Wontons
1. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dip.
2. Cut diagonally and enjoy.
