Broccoli and Parmesan
- 2 broccoli heads
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Spread the grated Parmesan evenly on the baking tray.
3. Boil the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and pat them dry.
4. Place the boiled broccoli on top of the Parmesan, then gently press down to create a “bark” or layer.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder according to your taste preference.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before breaking it into bark-like pieces.
8. Enjoy your crispy Parmesan Broccoli Bark as a guilt-free snack or a tasty side dish!
