- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 1 c cassava flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c almond meal
- 1 tbsp sofrito or italian seasoning
- 1 c avocado oil

Preparing the Steak
1. Slice your steak into thin strips and season with adobo.
2. Prepare 3 bowls, one with the cassava flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with the almond meal.
3. Start breading the steak by adding the slices into each of the bowls, and set aside.
Frying the Steak
1. Once you are done breading, fry the strips on medium heat to avoid burning.
2. Cook until golden brown and crunchy.
Alternative Cooking Method: Air Fryer
1. Or, you can cook in the air fryer for less oily steak strips.
2. Cooking time varies but approximately 5 minutes on each side.
