- 1 c gram flour
- 1 tbsp Cashews
- 1 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tbsp Almonds, sliced
- 1 tbsp Pistachios
- 1 c ghee
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 c Sugar
- 10 oz Milk

Frying the nuts
1. Fry 1 tbsp cashews, raisins, sliced almonds and pistachios in 2 tbsp of ghee.
2. Set it aside.
Preparing the sugary milk
1. Now pour in 10oz warm milk in 1 cup sugar with cardamom seeds that’s been cracked open.
2. Bring the liquid to a boil until sugar completely dissolves.
Roasting the Besan
1. Then roast 1 cup Besan until golden brown and add the remaining 1 cup ghee.
Combining the ingredients
1. Now add the sugary milk to the roasted flour and cook the mixture vigorously until ghee separates.
2. Chop the dry fruits before adding it into the halwa.
3. Serve warm.
4. You can store it in the fridge for a week.
5. Decorate it with gold leaf for that regal look.
