Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes
- 4 Russet potatoes, mashed
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 3 tbsp Kosher salt
- bacon bits
- jalapeno bits
- shredded cheese

Directions

Preparing the mashed potatoes
1. Run your mashed potatoes through a ricer or a sieve.
2. Add butter, parsley, and salt to your potatoes.
Creating the poppers
1. To make poppers, use a spoon to spoon out potatoes, then hollow out the middle and add in bacon, jalapenos and cheese.
2. Get some more potato and seal up the top.
3. Make sure you seal all the sides very well so they don't explode when you cook them.
4. Roll in egg wash and panko bread crumb mixture.
5. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before dropping them in 350°F oil.
Frying and serving
1. Fry until golden brown and heated through.
2. Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with zesty ranch dipping sauce.
3. Enjoy!
