Ingredients

Ground Turkey and Sausage
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb Turkey Italian sausage
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c Panko bread crumbs
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 0.5 c Red bell pepper, diced
- 0.5 c Vidalia onion
- 0.5 c Celery, diced
- 0.5 c Hallelujah sauce
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions

Preparation
1. Sauté the onions in butter for about 2 minutes and set to the side.
2. Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT 1/4 cup of the Hallelujah sauce in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Add to a loaf pan lined with foil or parchment paper. Or you can form into a log. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.
4. Remove loaf from pan or foil and season the top with a rub or an even mixture of salt and pepper.
Smoking instructions
1. Smoke the meatloaf for one hour at 225F.
2. Open the smoker and glaze top and sides with BBQ sauce. Raise the temperature to 325F.
3. Smoke for another 30-45 minutes until an internal temperature of 160F add another coat of glaze then Let rest, slice and enjoy.
Oven instructions
1. To cook in oven glaze the top and sides with the Hallelujah sauce cook at 350 for about 50 minutes to an hour.
2. Add another coat of sauce at the 25/30 minute mark.
