- 1.5 cups Flour
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp carom seeds
- 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp Butter, cold cubed
- 1 tsp acv
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 0.25 Onion, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp garam masala
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Turmeric
- 0.25 tsp Coriander
- Lemon juice, a squeeze of
- 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro
- 0.333 cup Frozen peas

Method for Dough
1. Mix all dry ingredients, then rub in the butter until it resembles bread crumbs.
2. Add ACV and water 1 tbsp at a time until the dough just comes together.
3. Knead for 2-3 min until you have a stiff dough.
4. Rest for 20 min.
Method for Filling
1. Cube and boil potatoes until tender.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds and onion until golden.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices and sauté for 1 min.
4. Add potatoes and roast for 1-2 min, then mash them lightly.
5. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
6. Let cool for 10 min.
Method for Assembly
1. Divide dough into 4 balls.
2. Roll each ball into a 9x6” thin oval.
3. Divide into 2, and shape into samosas like I showed in the video.
4. Repeat until you have 8 samosas.
Method for Frying
1. Heat 2” oil in a wok until medium hot.
2. Keeping flame on medium/low, fry samosas for 10-12 min until golden.
Method for Serving
1. Serve with any chutney & enjoy!
