Chicken Marinade
- 4 Chicken thighs, boneless skin-on
- 1 tsp Garlic, grated
- 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp gochugaru
- 0.25 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Chicken Broth, or water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- cucumbers
- Scallions
- red chili peppers

Marinating the Chicken
1. Combine garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, gochugaru, white pepper, salt, chicken broth and olive oil and add to the chicken to season.
2. Let everything marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or overnight for the best results.
Preparing the Air Fryer
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Cooking the Chicken
1. Place the chicken thighs skin side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Resting and Cutting the Chicken
1. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
2. Then, cut it into your desired sizes.
Serving the Dish
1. Serve the crispy chicken thighs over a bed of rice and sliced cucumbers.
2. Garnish with fresh scallions and red chili peppers.
