- 4 Eggs, large, hard boiled
- 0.5 c Soy sauce
- 0.25 c vinegar
- 3 clove Garlic, large, minced
- 1 stalk Scallion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Honey
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 slices white bread

Directions

Marinating the eggs
1. Place the eggs in a container where they are tightly packed.
2. Pour the adobo marinade over the eggs.
3. Let it marinate until it is room temperature.
4. Once it is room temperature, place the eggs in the refrigerator overnight.
Preparing the egg salad
1. Once the eggs are properly marinated, cut the eggs into small pieces.
2. You can also mash with a fork, or do what I do, and push it through a wire resting rack.
3. Add the pepper and mayonnaise.
4. Mix thoroughly.
Making the sandwich
1. Take the bread and remove the crusts.
2. Spoon the egg salad onto the bread, and make a sandwich.
3. Cut the bread in half for easier eating.
