Potatoes
- 5 lb honey gold bite size potatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt, or more depending on your taste
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 0.5 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
2. Start by washing and drying your potatoes.
3. Then cut each potato in half and add them to a bowl.
4. Drizzle your olive oil.
5. Then add on all dry seasonings with some Parmesan cheese.
Grease and Cheese
1. Grease your baking sheet.
2. Add Parmesan cheese then your mozzarella cheese.
3. Place each potato cut side down.
Baking
1. Bake in oven for 25-30 min until fork tender and crispy!
