- 3 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 clove Garlic, roughly chopped
- 1.5 cups white bread
- 1 c Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Thyme
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp chili
- 0.5 c Olive oil
- 0.25 c Walnuts, crushed
- 0.5 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Olive oil

Preparing the Acuka
1. Start by crumbling the white bread into small pieces and adding them to a food processor along with the walnuts.
2. Pulse the mixture until it becomes a fine powder.
3. Then, add the garlic, tomato paste, red pepper paste, cumin, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili.
4. Gradually stream in the olive oil while continuing to pulse the mixture until it becomes a smooth paste.
Garnishing and Serving the Acuka
1. Once the Acuka is ready, garnish it with crushed walnuts, thyme leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil.
2. You can serve it immediately with toast or crackers, or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
