- 10 g Corn starch
- 30 g Sugar
- 90 g Milk
- 10 g Butter

Preparing the Dough
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, sugar, and milk.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Filter and transfer into a pan.
4. Add butter.
5. Mix and cook on low heat until soft dough is formed.
Forming the Mochi
1. Use hand gloves to ease this step.
2. Knead the mochi until stretchy.
3. Divide into bite size pieces and coat with corn flour to prevent sticking.
Final Steps
1. Pair with sweetened condensed milk and crushed Biscoff cookies.
