Ingredients

- 1 Bundle Kale
- 5 Russet potatoes
- 1 c Cream
- 1 Yellow onion
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 8 c Chicken stock
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage
- 5 Bacon
- 1 c Parmesan

Directions

1. Crisp bacon and set aside onto a paper towel.
2. In same pan, add onion to bacon fat left from the bacon.
3. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
4. Add garlic, potatoes and chicken stock.
5. Allow mixture to come to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes until you can easily pierce potatoes with a fork.
6. Add cream and kale then turn off heat and place lid on pot until kale wilts down.
7. Service with crumbled crispy bacon and parmesan cheese on top.
