- 16 oz white chocolate
- 0.25 c Pistachios, shelled
- 0.25 c Pumpkin seeds
- 0.25 c coconut

1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer.
3. Place chocolate in a bowl that will fit over the top of the pot of water snugly.
4. Place the bowl with chocolate on top of the simmering water, stirring very often until melted.
5. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread it to fill the full baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle the top evenly with the pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and coconut.
7. Chill in the fridge until firm, about 20 minutes.
8. Remove the white chocolate bark from the parchment paper and break into about 16 pieces.
