Garlic Bread
- 1 Baguette, sliced in half
- 0.25 block Vegan butter, softened, violife
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tbsp Chives, finely chopped
- 0.25 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes, or according to desired spiciness
- 0.25 c vegan mozzarella shreds

Roasting the Garlic
1. Preheat your oven to 395 degrees F and chop off the tip of the garlic head so that the cloves are exposed.
2. Brush with olive oil and loosely wrap in foil before baking in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
3. Once done, let the garlic cool for a bit.
Preparing the Butter
1. Add softened butter, chives, and the roasted garlic cloves to a mortar and pestle.
2. Mash everything together well, ensuring that the garlic is fully incorporated.
3. Add your favorite spices to taste, and then mix in some grated cheese at the end.
Toasting the Bread
1. Spread the garlic and herb butter onto your favorite bread.
2. Toast it in the oven at 395 degrees F for about 10 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese has melted.
