Vegan Butter and Milk
- 0.5 c Vegan butter
- 0.5 c vegan milk
Sugar and Chocolate
- 1.25 c Granulated sugar
- 5 oz Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Flour and Cocoa Powder
- 1.333 c Flour, all purpose or gluten free 1 to 1 flour
- 0.5 c Cocoa powder
Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 c Chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
Making the Chocolate Mixture
1. Add Vegan butter, Vegan milk and sugar to a skillet.
2. Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, until sugar has dissolved. Do not bring to a boil.
3. Once sugar has dissolved, remove skillet from heat.
4. Add chopped chocolate and vanilla to the skillet.
5. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
Combining the Ingredients
1. In a mixing bowl, add flour and cocoa powder.
2. Pour the melted chocolate mixture in.
3. Stir to combine.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Add batter to the lined square pan.
6. Smooth out into one even layer.
1. Bake for 23 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean.
2. Finally, remove from oven.
3. Allow brownies to cool before slicing into.
