- 2 10oz bags Valentine's M&M's
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 stick salted browned butter
- 0.75 c Brown sugar, packed
- 0.75 c Granulated sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 2.25 c self-rising gluten free flour
- 1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Pure vanilla extract

Directions

Prepare the Butter and Sugar Mixture
1. Heat a small saucepan on medium and add 1 stick of butter.
2. With a wooden spoon stir butter consistently.
3. Allow butter to lightly boil and continue to stir.
4. After about 3 minutes butter should be browned.
5. Pour browned butter and softened butter into a stand mixer.
6. Using the paddle attachment, mix sugars with butters on medium until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Add Remaining Ingredients
1. Add eggs and vanilla and mix on medium.
2. Slowly add gluten free flour on low speed.
3. Mix until combined and slowly mix in chocolate chips.
Prepare the Cookie Dough
1. In a small bowl add Valentine's M&M's.
2. With a cookie scoop drop cookie dough into bowl of M&M's and roll until fully covered.
3. Place on a plate, cover, and place in refrigerator until the next day.
Bake the Cookies
1. When you are ready to bake preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place cookie dough balls on parchment paper 3 inches apart on cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 11 minutes (do not over cook).
4. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool for 2 minutes and pull parchment paper with cookies off cookie sheet and allow cookies to cool.
