- 1 lb Cream cheese, room temperature
- 0.25 c Honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch Salt
- 1 c ube jam
- 8 oz Walnuts, crushed

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
1. In a bowl mix together cream cheese, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
2. Next, add the ube jam and fold into cheese mixture.
3. Do not over mix, as you want a marbled look.
4. Lay out plastic wrap and put cheese mixture in the middle.
5. With the help of the plastic wrap, mold the cheese into a ball.
6. Put the ball into a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
7. This will help the cheese ball retain its shape, as well as develop flavor.
Prepare the Walnuts
1. Crush the walnuts into smaller pieces by using a food processor on pulse, or by putting nuts into a plastic bag and crushing with a pan.
Final Steps
1. After the cheese ball has rested overnight, take it out of the plastic and refine its shape.
2. Once you form it into a ball, roll it around the walnuts.
3. Place cheese ball onto serving vessel accompanied with crackers and serve.
4. Enjoy!
