Shortbread Layer
- 1.667 cups Almond flour
- 0.5 cup Coconut flour
- 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted
- 0.333 cup Pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Caramel Layer
- 0.667 cup creamy nut butter
- 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
- 0.25 cup Pure maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
Chocolate Layer
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips

1. First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Line an 8 inch by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Shortbread Layer
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Spread into one even layer in lined pan.
4. Bake shortbread layer for 10 to 12 minutes or until middle is set and edges are slightly golden.
Caramel Layer
1. Add caramel ingredients to a skillet over medium heat.
2. Bring to a light boil then simmer on low heat for 8 minutes, until thick and creamy.
3. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
4. Once shortbread layer has cooled for 10 minutes, pour caramel on top.
5. Place pan in freezer for at least 30 minutes or until hardened.
Chocolate Layer
1. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwavable bowl in 30 second increments, until melted.
2. Or, melt in a skillet over low heat.
3. Pour over caramel layer.
4. Place pan back in freezer for at least 30 minutes or until completely firm.
1. Finally, remove pan from freezer.
2. Cut into bars and serve!
