- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 c Heavy cream
- 1 lb Pasta, cooked to al dente
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- Pepper, fresh cracked to taste

Preparing the spaghetti
1. In a large stock pot, heat your water to a rolling boil.
2. Cook your spaghetti noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
Preparing the sauce
1. In a large skillet on medium heat, melt butter.
2. Once the butter is melted add in heavy cream.
3. Whisk the cream and butter mixture until your sauce has thickened. You should see tight bubbles form around the edge of the skillet.
Combining pasta and sauce
1. Once your sauce has thickened, add pasta to sauce and mix well for about 5 minutes.
2. Turn off heat add 3/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, truffle oil and cracked pepper.
3. It's that easy! Enjoy.
