- 2 sticks plant butter
- 2.25 c self rising gluten free flour
- 1 3.4oz Vanilla Pudding mix
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 c allergen free semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In your stand mixer add sugars and softened butter - mix for 3 minutes.
3. Add pudding mix, vanilla, and egg! Mix for 2 minutes on high!
4. On low add self-rising gluten free flour and salt - mix on low.
5. With a spatula fold in allergy free chocolate chips until combined well.
6. Use cookie scoop and place onto parchment paper a few inches apart.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
8. Let cool on cookie sheet for 3 minutes and remove!
