- 2 Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 c Chicken Broth, or vegetable broth
- 0.25 c Coconut milk
- dumplings
- shiitake mushrooms
- 1 instant ramen
- Scallions
- Thai chili peppers

Heat oil and prepare ingredients
1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.
3. Add the Thai red curry paste and cook until the aroma is released.
Add broth and coconut milk
1. Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk, stirring well to combine.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Add dumplings and mushrooms
1. Then add the dumplings and shiitake mushrooms.
2. If using frozen dumplings, cook until they float to the top.
Add ramen and garnish
1. Add the dry instant ramen and cook until the noodles have softened.
2. Garnish with scallions and Thai chili peppers.
