- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 30 g Fresh basil
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt, to taste
- 2 slices Bread, brushed with extra virgin olive oil, and air-fried at 200°C / 390°F for 6-8 minutes
- 30 g prosciutto crudo
- 20 g fresh arugula
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar cream

Prepare the Bread
1. Brush a few slices of bread with 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Air-fry the bread at 200°C / 390°F for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
Prepare the Tomato and Basil Mixture
1. Wash and chop 250 grams of cherry tomatoes into small pieces.
2. Finely chop a handful (20-30 grams) of fresh basil.
3. Mix the chopped tomatoes and basil in a bowl.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and salt to taste. Mix well.
Assemble the Bruschetta
1. Take the crispy bread slices and spoon the tomato and basil mixture generously over each slice.
Add Toppings
1. Arrange slices of prosciutto crudo on top of the tomato mixture on each bruschetta.
2. Place a handful of fresh arugula on top.
Finish with Balsamic Vinegar Cream
1. Drizzle balsamic vinegar cream over the assembled bruschettas.
1. Arrange the prepared bruschettas on a serving platter.
