Main Ingredients
- 4 bunches Thai holy Basil
- 2 pounds Chicken breast
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 6 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 sweet pepper or Thai chili
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 4 fried eggs
- 4 tbsp Cooking oil
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- Ginger, julienne
- red chili

1. Roughly chop up the chicken and set it aside.
2. Heat up the wok with 3 tbsp of oil and add crushed red chili and garlic.
3. Grate some ginger and add it to the wok. Ginger isn’t a classic ingredient but it's a great addition to the garlic.
Stir Fry
1. Stir fry for 5 minutes before adding in the chicken.
2. Once 80% cooked, add the fish and soy sauce.
3. Keep stirring until the sauce is cooked through.
4. Time to add Thai sweet basil.
5. Stir for a couple of minutes. Don’t overcook.
6. Turn the fire off.
1. Enjoy it with a fried egg, boiled jasmine rice, and julienne ginger.
