- 1 c Basil leaves
- 1 Shallot
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 c cabbage
- 0.5 Lebanese cucumber
- 3 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 4 Lemon wedges

1. Cook your sliced chicken in a pan and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
2. Cook pasta to packet instructions.
3. Meanwhile, finely chop all the vegetables and blend together the sauce ingredients.
4. Assemble your salad with the cooked pasta, cabbage, cucumber, chives, cooked chicken breast, the goddess sauce, salt, pepper and lemon.
