- 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs
- 0.333 c Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 Jalapeños
- 0.5 c plain yogurt
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- a handful Mint
- 3 cloves Garlic

1. In a bowl combine chicken, yogurt and spices and mix well. Cover and set aside to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
2. In a blender, add jalapeños, yogurt, cilantro, mint, garlic and salt and pepper for taste. Blend until smooth
3. Skewer chicken thighs onto metal or wooden skewers and cook in airfryer, oven or grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked
4. Serve chicken with rice, salad and chutney. Enjoy!
