- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 0.25 tsp Ground cardamom
- pinch Salt
- Sesame seeds

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. Combine date paste and tahini in a bowl.
3. Add almond or tiger nut flour, baking soda, salt, and cardamom.
4. Mix to combine into a dough.
5. Roll the dough into balls.
6. Roll balls in sesame seeds.
7. Press with a flat bottom cup to flatten.
Baking
1. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
