- 0.5 lb Ground pork
- 4 Eggs, separate yolks from the egg whites
- 1 bundle clear vermicelli noodles
- 0.5 c woodear mushroom
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 0.333 tsp MSG
- Black pepper

Directions

Preparation of ingredients
1. Rehydrate your bean thread noodle and woodear mushroom with boiling water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and cut into shorter threads.
Preparing the mixture
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, bean thread noodle, woodear mushroom, 4 egg whites, fish sauce, sugar, MSG, and black pepper.
2. Combine well.
Steaming the mixture
1. Heat a large pot or steamer with water over high heat.
2. Spray your 9x5 tin pan prior to adding the egg mixture.
3. Level out using a spoon.
4. Steam for 30 minutes in bread loaf pan with lid on.
Adding the egg yolk mixture
1. Take off the lid and gently pour the egg yolk mixture on top and steam for another 5 minutes.
Final steps
1. Allow to cool before slicing.
2. Enjoy!
