Ingredients

Pork Ribs
- 1 slab of baby back pork ribs
- 1 c Soy sauce
- 0.5 c Brown sugar
- 0.25 c White sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 knob of ginger
- 2 clove Garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp Gochujang

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Remove membrane from back of ribs and discard.
3. Add ribs to a bowl, add in soy sauce, brown sugar, white sugar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
4. Massage ribs with mixture and set in refrigerator to marinate for 2-4 hours.
5. Place marinated ribs on foil lined baking sheet.
6. Cover with foil, place in preheated oven and let bake for 1 1/2 -2 hours or until ribs are tender.
Preparing the Sauce
1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, add remaining marinade along with gochujang.
2. Whisk together until combined.
3. Reduce heat to low and let sauce reduce to half or until it coats the back of your spoon.
Final Steps
1. After 2 hours, remove foil and glaze ribs with sauce then cook for an additional 15 min.
2. Remove ribs from baking sheet, slice and ENJOY!
