Spring Roll Ingredients
- 1 pack Spring Roll Pastry
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 c Cabbage
- 0.5 c Carrots
- 1 c Spring onions
- 1 c Dehydrated mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- pinch Salt
- pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger, Julianne
- 1 tsp Corn starch, + 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Flour, + 3 tbsp water paste for roll glue

For the veggie stir-fry
1. In high heat, cook all the veggies listed above with some oil.
2. Once they are soft, add in the salt, sugar, black pepper, soya and oyster sauce.
3. Then add the ginger and sesame oil.
4. Mix it well.
5. Finally, add in the mixture made with corn starch and water.
6. Once it is completely cooked, remove it from the wok to a plate and let it come to room temperature.
For the spring rolls
1. Time to start making the rolls.
2. Use the flour and water slurry as glue for the spring rolls.
3. Keep out the desired amount and freeze the rest for later use.
4. Now fry them in hot oil until golden.
