- 1 Jalapeño, cut into rounds, seeds included
- 2 Lime wedges
- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice, more or less depending on taste
- 2 tbsp Salt

Prepare the Glass
1. Use one lime wedge to add juice to the rim of your glass.
2. In a bowl filled with salt, dip the lime juiced rim into the salt.
3. Roll it around so the entire rim is salted.
Prepare the Drink
1. Add 2-3 rounds of jalapeño to the bottom of the glass.
2. Use a muddler or a spoon and slightly smash the jalapeño to release the juice.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Measure out 1.5oz of tequila, add to the glass.
5. Measure out 1 oz of Grand Marnier or your favorite orange liqueur, add to the glass.
6. Add in your pineapple juice to taste. I usually fill the glass to the top with the juice.
7. Squeeze in some lime juice and stir everything together.
