- 8 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 tbsp Korean red pepper
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp pepper paste
- 2 cups water, or anchovy broth

Boiling the eggs
1. Boil the eggs for 7-8 mins to get a slightly running consistency.
2. Then put the eggs into ice cold water for it to completely cool down. This will make the eggs easier to peel.
Preparing the sauce
1. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Cooking the eggs in sauce
1. In a pan over medium heat, add the sauce and bring it to a boil.
2. Add the eggs into the sauce and boil on high heat for around 5 minutes until the sauce becomes thicker.
Serving suggestion
1. Enjoy with a bowl of white rice and drizzle some sesame oil and top with sesame seeds and green onion.
