- 2 c Bread flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp yeast
- 0.5 c Warm water, and then add more (up to 1 cup total) to get soft dough
- 4 chicken breast tenders
- 1 Green bell pepper, small, finely sliced
- 0.5 Onion, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Classico fire roasted tomato sauce
- Tillamook cheddar
- shredded mozzarella cheese

Dough Preparation
1. Combine all the dough ingredients and half cup warm water.
2. Knead and add more water as needed to get a soft dough.
3. Let this rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Preparing the Toppings
1. Chop the chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
2. Over medium-high heat, add oil to a pan and add in the chopped ingredients.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add spices. Adjust the spiciness to your liking.
4. Let the chicken mixture cook on high heat for 5-10 minutes until it gets slightly charred. This allows the veggies to develop a deep, caramelized flavor.
Preheating the Oven
1. Preheat your pizza oven or normal oven with pizza stone to its max temperature.
Assembling the Pizza
1. Divide the dough into 2, roll out into a thin crust and place it onto a peel with semolina flour on it.
2. Add sauce to the pizza, then add the chicken topping and cheeses according to your liking.
3. Carefully slide the pizza onto the pizza stone in the oven.
Final Cooking Instructions
1. If you’re using a pizza oven, let the pizza cook for about 7-9 min and turn it halfway.
2. If you’re using a normal oven with a pizza stone, bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese becomes slightly charred.
3. And enjoy! Be careful not to burn your mouth.
