Directions

1. In a mixing bowl add and combine Ground Beef, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Beaten Egg, and Breadcrumbs. Be sure not to over mix as it will cause the meat to become tough.
2. Take about 2 Tablespoons worth of the mixture and roll it into meatballs. Recommend, refrigerating meatballs for 15 minutes before cooking.
3. In a skillet on medium heat, add in Cooking Oil. Add in Meatballs and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side to brown meatballs. Meatballs will finish cooking in gravy.
4. Remove meatballs from the skillet. In the same skillet, add in Butter. Once Butter is melted, add in sliced Onions and Green Bell Pepper. Cook Onion & Pepper for about 2 minutes, then, add in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
5. For Gravy, add in Flour a little at a time and continuously whisk to combine. Whisking continuously is important to remove clumps. Next, add in chicken broth a little at a time and continuously whisk in. Gravy will thicken as you whisk in. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
6. Add meatballs to gravy on a low simmer. Frequently baste meatballs with gravy and cook for about 5 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked.
