- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 0.333 c water
- 1 lb salmon
Tahini Sauce
- 0.5 c tahini paste
- 6 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- Salt, to taste

1. 2 c sliced cherry tomatoes.
2. 5 cloves thinly sliced garlic.
3. 1 fresno chili, finely minced.
4. 2 tbsp tomato paste.
5. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
7. 2 tsp cumin.
8. 1/3 c water.
9. 1 lb salmon (or fish of choice).
Tahini Sauce
1. Mix tahini paste, lemon, and water until a smooth, homogeneous consistency forms.
2. Grate garlic and add.
3. Season with salt to taste.
