- Garlic powder
- Pepper
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- sinigang powder
- thai chilis
- Garlic powder
- Scallions

1. Dry chicken wings.
2. Thinly slice scallions and soak in cold water.
3. Cut Thai chilis if you like it spicy.
4. Marinate chicken in sinigang powder, garlic powder, pepper, and baking powder.
Air Frying
1. Air fry chicken at 300 degrees for 15 minutes and 400 degrees for 7 minutes.
Glaze Preparation
1. Mix together fish sauce, sugar, sinigang powder, chilis, and garlic powder.
2. Put glaze on a medium high heat and let the glaze thicken.
Tossing and Garnishing
1. Toss half the chicken in the glaze.
2. Garnish with scallions and peppers.
3. Enjoy!
