- 0.5 sinigang mix
- 1 Shallot, minced, medium
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1 long red finger chili
- 1 clove Garlic, grated
- 1 tsp Fish sauce

Preparing the Avocado
1. Cut and pit the avocados.
2. Scoop into a food processor and add half of the sinigang mix.
3. Blend until smooth. If you do not have a food processor you can use a fork and mash it as best as possible. Chunky is not a bad thing.
Preparing the Other Ingredients
1. Cut the shallot, tomato, and chili and put them in a bowl.
2. Grate the garlic into the bowl.
3. Add the avocado and fish sauce and mix until well incorporated.
Serving the Guacamole
1. Place finished guacamole in a bowl and serve with chips or vegetables.
