Main Ingredients
- 8 oz minced pork
- 16 oz Green beans
- 3 tbsp Oil, divided
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 4 dried red chili peppers
- 1 tsp chili bean sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 0.25 tsp Sugar

Washing and Preparing the Green Beans
1. Wash the green beans and pat dry.
2. Snap off the ends and cut them in half if they are longer.
First Cooking Phase
1. Heat a wok over high heat and add 2 tbsp oil.
2. Add the green beans and dry-fry them for 5 minutes or until they are slightly charred and tender.
3. Transfer out and set aside.
Cooking the Pork
1. Add the remaining 1 tbsp oil to the wok and the minced pork.
2. Cook until the pork is browned, about 2-3 minutes.
Adding the Spices and Final Cooking Phase
1. Add the minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried red chili peppers.
2. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the green beans back in and add the sauce.
4. Stir everything together to ensure it is well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes.
1. Serve hot with rice.
