Apple base
- 4 Apple, medium, peeled, cored and diced. Preferably Golden or Granny Smith
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 grams Flour
- 50 grams oats, fine
- 40 grams Sugar
- 60 grams Butter, and some more to top
- Vanilla ice cream, to top

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
2. For the apple base, peel apples, remove the core and cut into dices. Lay them in your mould, sprinkle over sugar, cinnamon and salt, then mix
3. For the crumble: In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar. Cut butter into small pieces, then use your fingers to rub it into the flour mixture. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples. If you prefer bigger crumbles, use fingers to shape them. Place about 6 pea-sized bits of butter on top of the crumble layer.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees until the crumbles are golden brown.
1. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
