For the cajun seasoning
- 3 Tbs Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt flower
- 2 Tbs Garlic powder
- 1 Tbs Fresh black pepper
- 1 Tbs Onion powder
- 1 Tbs Dried oregano
- 1 Tbs Cayenne pepper
- 0.5 Tbs Dried thyme
For the tuna
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 0.5 Red bell pepper, chopped
- 0.5 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup White rice, cooked
- pinch salt and fresh black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tuna steaks
- 2 Green onion stems, chopped

1. Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan and add the bell peppers. Cook until softened and add the rice. Sauté for a few minutes until it warms through and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Keep to the side.
2. Brush the tuna steaks with a tbsp of oil and rub the steaks with your cajun seasoning until nicely coated. Heat up a grill or pan and cook the steaks for 2 to 3 minutes just to sear each side. Remove from the grill and slice in thin slices.
3. Serve a bed of rice and lay de tuna on top. Garnish with some green onion.
4. Share and enjoy.
