Directions

Cleaning and Preparing the Snow Pea Leaves
1. Clean and trim your snow pea leaves.
2. Set aside.
Preparing the Wok and Cooking the Garlic
1. In a large wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium high heat.
2. Once hot, add your minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Cooking the Snow Pea Leaves
1. Add your cleaned snow pea leaves and sauté until they turn bright green - approximately 1 minute.
2. Add your seasonings (salt, sugar, MSG) and continue to cook for another minute or until the greens are fully cooked through.
