Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon
- 4 c Day old rice
- 1 c Green beans
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 c Baby portobello mushrooms
Sauce for Rice
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
For Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 0.25 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- Minced garlic and ginger
- 2 Tbsp Avocado oil
- 0.5 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparing the Protein
1. Dice up your protein into cubes.
2. In a small bowl, make the marinade.
3. Add oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, avocado oil and cornstarch.
4. Mix well.
5. Add your protein to the marinade and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Bake your protein for 22 to 30 minutes, until finished on a sheet pan.
Preparing the Rice and Vegetables
1. To a skillet, set to medium heat. Add avocado oil and add your day old rice or cold rice and vegetables. Add the garlic at last.
2. Mix this together until vegetables start to get tender and rice is warmed through.
3. Move the vegetables to the side and add in your egg.
4. Scramble your egg and then start to incorporate it into the rice.
Final Steps
1. Season your rice with fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
2. Add your protein and enjoy!
