- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 0.5 c graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c Unsalted butter, cubed and very cold
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 c Buttermilk, chilled
- 2 4-ounce bars milk chocolate, cut into squares
- 15 large marshmallows

Prepare the biscuit dough
1. Combine flour, 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
2. Add butter and work with your fingers until the size of peas.
3. Add buttermilk and mix until dough is combined.
4. Transfer to a floured work surface and knead a few times.
5. Cut into 3 inch rounds and place on baking sheet.
Prepare the topping and bake
1. Brush with melted butter.
2. In a small bowl, toss 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs with 2 tablespoons sugar.
3. Sprinkle over biscuits.
4. Bake at 400F for 18 to 20 minutes.
Cool and fill
1. Cool slightly, then split open and fill with chocolate and toasted marshmallow.
2. Enjoy!
