For the Sauce
- 3 heaped tablespoons mayo
- 1 heaped tablespoon yellow American mustard
- 1 heaped tablespoon caramelized onion
- 1 medium pickled cucumber
- 1 tablespoon pickled cucumber juice
- 1 teaspoon spice mix
For the Steak
- 350 grams Rib Eye Steak
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 50 grams Butter
- few cloves Garlic, minced
Other Ingredients
- buns
- Butter, for toasting
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cheddar cheese, sliced
- Yellow onion, sliced
- Salad greens

For the Sauce
1. In a bowl, combine mayo, yellow American mustard, caramelized onion, diced pickled cucumber, pickled cucumber juice, and spice mix.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Set aside.
For the Steak
1. Allow the Rib Eye Steak to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Brush the steak with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
3. In a high-temperature pan, sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
4. Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic to the pan, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, basting the steak with the melted butter.
5. Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into the desired thickness.
For Assembling the Burger
1. Toast the buns with butter on medium heat until golden brown.
2. Assemble the layers in the following order: Bun, sauce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, cooked steak, cheddar cheese, yellow onion, bun, sauce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, cooked steak, cheddar cheese, sauce, salad greens, bun.
