- 2 ripe plantains
- 0.25 c plantain flour
- 0.25 c cooked meat

Directions

1. Peel the plantains and cut into 1” pieces.
2. Boil the plantains with a pinch of salt.
3. Drain and mash the plantains.
4. Add the flour and mix well.
5. Take flour and put some in your hands so when you grab the plantain dough, it doesn't stick to your hands.
6. Take some plantain dough into your hand and make a ball, create a dip into the ball and put 1-2 tablespoons of meat of choice in the middle of the ball.
7. Seal the plantain dough and start shaping it like a ball (always have your hands with flour so your hands don't stick to the ball.
8. After your ball is formed, add a layer of flour on the outside.
9. Then spray with cooking oil and air fry for 9 minutes.
