Cooking Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 250 g Ravioli
- 0.5 Purple Onion
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 0.667 cup Marinara Sauce
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 2 cup Baby spinach
- dried parsley flakes
- shredded cheese, optional
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
- 1.5 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Oregano

1. Cook ravioli according to instructions on the package. (I'm using Porcini Mushroom & Truffle Ravioli from Trader Joe's but you can use any type of ravioli)
2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then add in minced garlic, chopped onion and sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Cook for about 2 minutes and stir occasionally.
4. Add in all the seasoning and cook for 20-30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Stir in the marinara sauce, ensuring it's well combined with the other ingredients.
6. Pour in the milk and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer once it starts boiling.
7. Gently fold in the cooked ravioli and fresh spinach. Stir until the spinach wilts and the ravioli are coated in the creamy sauce.
8. Plate the ravioli and garnish it with shredded cheese and/or parsley, if desired.
9. Enjoy!
