Ingredients

Cake
- 2 Eggs, @vitalfarms
- 1.25 Cup Milk, @organicvalley
- 1.25 Cup Avocado oil, @amazonfresh
- 2 Cup Sugar, @dominosugar
- 3 Cup Flour, @kingarthurbaking
- 2 tsp Baking powder, @clabbergirlbaking
- 1 tsp Baking soda, @bobsredmill
- 0.5 tsp Pink Salt
- Drop of Liquid Orange Food Coloring
Whipped Cream
- 16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Powdered sugar, @dominosugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract, @mccormickspice
- Drop of Liquid Orange Food Coloring
For Filling
- Rasgulla
- 1 cup Rasgulla Syrup

Directions

For the cake preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and mix the wet and dry cake ingredients into two separate bowls.
2. Once perfectly combined, add dry to the wet ingredients.
3. Then pour it into a parchment paper layered baking pan and bake it for 60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
4. Let it cool for a few hours. Best refrigerated overnight.
For the cake decoration
1. Once you are ready to decorate the cake, whip the cream and separate it into two bowls.
2. In half the bowl crumble 6-8 Rasgulla into the whipped cream. Fold it gently.
For the cake layering
1. Now start layering the cake.
2. Before adding the whipped cream, generously soak the cake with Rasgulla syrup.
3. Now to complete it all, add the other half of the whipped cream to the outside of the cake.
For the final touches
1. Then finally add half moon Rasgulla, dry rose petals, silver leaf and crushed pistachios to give that authentic look.
