Main Dish
- 2 lb salmon
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 Bell peppers, + 1 tsp sesame oil
Cucumber Salad
- cucumber salad
Side Dish
- boiled jasmine rice
- seaweed
- toasted sesame seeds

Preparing the Rice and Cucumber Salad
1. Wash and place jasmine rice for cooking with 1/2 tsp of salt. I use a rice cooker that takes about 30 minutes.
2. I also make cucumber salad a night before. Perfectly crunchy and marinated the next day.
Preparing the Salmon
1. Skin and cube salmon.
2. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce and sesame oil to it.
3. Mix and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Cooking the Bell Peppers
1. Slice bell peppers and add tsp of sesame oil.
2. Mix and stir fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
3. Remove it from the pan and set it aside.
Cooking the Salmon
1. In the same pan add marinated salmon.
2. Don’t stir too much while cooking or the salmon will break apart.
3. Gently flip around and it should be cooked in 5-7 minutes on high heat.
Serving the Dish
1. Time to eat.
2. I enjoy it with some crushed seaweed and a lot of toasted sesame seeds!
